Returns: Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.

In that case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still contains all the correct parts, components, and the packaging is exactly as the product arrived.
  • The product has been clearly handled with care; breakage and any form of damage due to careless or abnormal handling are excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins. Some products are excluded from return based on hygiene; this is indicated on the product page in that case.
  • The product was found to be defective upon receipt.
  • We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  • A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you need to do the following to start the return process:

Order number, Reason for the return request, Photo of the product in case of damage, Customer's first and last name, Customer's address.

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return shipment to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you have requested it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the last goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately once they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, velora toronto, by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email at velora-ssupport@detail-for-retail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the buyer.

Tracking of shipments en route
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. However, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will fees be charged for this reimbursement.
